Windmill Acres wedding venue rentals include the use of the barn, the lot, restrooms, tables  & chairs, wooden benches & an arch for outdoor ceremonies, a licensed officiant for the ceremony, Wi-Fi, built-in bar (not stocked), access to electricity, and the bridal suite. The venue grounds includes a stone fireplace (firewood included), a 30 foot windmill, and ample outdoor space for your guests. Rehearsal/decorating can be done the day before.

Our 4800 sq/ft barn will accommodate up to 250 seated guests.  The entire lot totals 15 acres with ample parking for all guests.

Windmill Acres does not include catering in its pricing. We have included a few recommended catering services on our preferred vendors page. Your catering service of choice must have a valid NYS License.

Windmill Acres wedding venue rental fees do not include: table settings, catering services, decorations, alcohol, cleanup/removal of decorations, or removal of your catering services waste.

Although we carry our own insurance, you will be required to procure a small policy for yourself. We suggest our affiliate provider, Event Helper: Wedding Insurance From

Windmill Acres provides a beautiful outdoor setting for your wedding ceremony. Included in the venue rental fee is a licensed ceremony officiant as well as an arch and wooden benches for outdoor ceremonies.

All alcohol consumed on site must be purchased through Windmill Acres. Any guest consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years old. 

Pricing is dependent upon the intended use and duration of your event. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Please contact us for further information.
