Windmill Acres wedding venue rentals include access to the barn, lot, restrooms, tables and chairs with linen in your choice of color, wooden benches, and an arch for outdoor ceremonies. It also includes the use of a licensed officiant for the ceremony, Wi-Fi, electricity, a bridal suite, and a built-in bar fully stocked and staffed with 2-3 bartenders as needed.

Your weekend experience begins with all-day access on Friday for setup, rehearsal, and decorating, continues with full use on Saturday for your wedding festivities, and allows Sunday morning pickup for a stress-free close to your event. Rehearsal and rehearsal dinner (5-7 pm the evening before, food not included) can also be hosted at the venue.

Additional amenities include table and chair setup, garbage removal, post-wedding cleanup, and the charming weekend use of the she-shed. The venue grounds feature a stunning stone fireplace with firewood included, a 30-foot windmill, and ample outdoor space for your guests. In case of inclement weather, an indoor ceremony option is also available.

Our 4800 sq/ft barn will accommodate up to 250 seated guests.  The entire lot totals 15 acres with ample parking for all guests.

Windmill Acres does not include catering in its pricing. We have included a few recommended catering services on our preferred vendors page. Your catering service of choice must have a valid NYS License.

Windmill Acres wedding venue rental fees do not include: table settings, catering services, decorations, alcohol, cleanup/removal of decorations, or removal of your catering services waste.

Although we carry our own insurance, you will be required to procure a small policy for yourself. We suggest our affiliate provider, Event Helper: Wedding Insurance From TheEventHelper.com

Windmill Acres provides a beautiful outdoor setting for your wedding ceremony. Included in the venue rental fee is a licensed ceremony officiant as well as an arch and wooden benches for outdoor ceremonies.

All alcohol consumed on site must be purchased through Windmill Acres. Full Bar is Available for purchase. Any guest consuming alcohol must be at least 21 years old.
